The year 2025 will mark an important milestone for CapitalatWork. Not only will we be celebrating our 35th anniversary, but we will also be taking an important step into the future with the introduction of a new management structure. To ensure the continuity and quality of our services, this transition has been carefully prepared.

After many years of commitment, Maarten Rooijakkers will pass the torch to Anouk Schouppe, while continuing to play a key role in CapitalatWork’s development strategy. Under his leadership, our organisation has experienced significant growth, combined with the extension of a high-quality service. We will continue to build on the solid foundations he and the entire CapitalatWork team have laid. We thank him warmly for his dedication and commitment.

Anouk has been a key figure within our organization for many years. Thanks to her extensive experience and recognized expertise in wealth management, combined with her determination and talent for collaboration, she is the ideal person to lead CapitalatWork and take on this exciting challenge.

New management structure in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Anouk Schouppe will assume the role as Chief Executive Officer of CapitalatWork SA. Together with her team  – Vincent Lambrecht (Deputy CEO), Erwin Deseyn (Chief Investment Officer), Gaël Wijngaard (Chief Operations Officer) et Eric Decocq (Head of Compliance & Risk Management) – she will manage the activities in Belgium and The Netherlands.

In Luxemburg, Jean Ceppetelli will take over the role as Chief Executive Officer of CapitalatWork SA. He will be supported by Grégory Vandendael (Head of Business Development), Pierre-Henry Oger (Head of Investment Management and Funds Coordination) and Sylvie Lanari (Head of Compliance & Risk Management) – he will manage the Luxembourg operations.
