If, as a client, you have a complaint concerning the services of CapitalatWork Foyer Group, you should immediately and by writing forward your complaint to the concerned compliance team of CapitalatWork Foyer Group. This department and the concerned management team shall acknowledge receipt of your message in writing and describe the way the complaint will be treated.

In case you disagree with the answer given by CapitalatWork to your complaint, and as far you are not classified as a professional investor, we invite you to submit your complaint to the mediation service with following coordinates “Service de Mediation Banques Credit Placements”, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 bte 2, 1000 Bruxelles” (Internet site : http://www.ombudsfin.be and e-mail adress : ombudsman@ombudsfin.be). The mediation service can propose solutions to end the dispute.

In case you disagree with the answer given by a member of the management responsable for the follow up of the complaints, we invite you to submit your complaint to the “Commission de Surveillance de Secteur Financier“ (www.cssf.lu) conform the Rule CSSF n° 13-02).
